Confirmation:

Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

Certificate Submission:

After registration, you will be required to submit presentation videos and a testimonial video to receive your certificates. Details for video submission will be provided upon successful registration.

Group Discounts

At EMC 2026, we encourage group participation and offer special discounts for groups. Bring your colleagues, team members, or fellow researchers to maximize your conference experience.

Group Discount Structure:

• Groups of 5 or more participants: 10% discount on the total registration fee.
• Groups of 10 or more participants: 15% discount on the total registration fee.

How to Avail Group Discounts:

To take advantage of group discounts, please follow these steps:

1. Assemble your group of colleagues or team members.
2. Register all group members at the same time through our online registration system.
3. The discount will be automatically applied based on the number of participants in your group.

Note:

• All group members must register together to qualify for the discount.
• Group discounts are not applicable to student registrations.

Bank Payment Methods and Currency Restrictions

INR is accepted for bank transfers from anywhere internationally, originating from any country and sent from any type of business, institution, or personal account. Payment methods include NEFT, RTGS, and Wire Transfer.

AED for local bank transfers within the UAE via the UAEFTS (RTGS and IPI) network.

AUD for local bank transfers within Australia through the Direct Entry (BECS) network.

CAD for local bank transfers within Canada using the EFT network.

EUR for local bank transfers within the EU via the SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) or SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT Inst) network.

GBP for local bank transfers within the UK through the BACS or Faster Payments Service network.

JPY for local bank transfers within Japan via the Zengin System network.

SGD for local bank transfers within Singapore using the GIRO/ACH, FAST, or MEPS network.

USD for local bank transfers within the US via the ACH network.

Please note that we exclusively accept payments for business transactions from business accounts except India (INR) Payment.

Payments originating from personal bank accounts will not be approved except India (INR) Payment.

Additionally, we do not offer support for wire transfers except India (INR) Payment.
